Equipment options
Two lines, chosen for the job rather than the invoice. Daikin inverter systems modulate output instead of cycling hard on and off, which is what holds humidity down through a Miami summer. Goodman covers the same job with a simpler, well-warrantied build. We quote what fits the house, the ductwork and the budget — and we tell you when the cheaper option is the right one.
Warranty context
Manufacturer warranties are conditional, and the conditions are where homeowners get caught. Coverage generally depends on the system being installed to the manufacturer's specification and registered after commissioning, and on documented maintenance continuing through the term. We install to spec, hand over the paperwork, and put the registration details in writing so the warranty you were sold is the warranty you still have in year six.
